ORTADOĞU’NUN OLUŞUMU KAPSAMINDA İNŞA, BİNA, YAPI SÜRECİ

Özet
Ortadoğu bölgesi ırkların, dinlerin ve dillerin bir geçiş noktası olduğundan tarihi, siyasal ve ekonomik gelişmeler konusunda dünyada bir odak noktası durumundadır. Ortadoğu’yu oluşturan ve şekillendiren yapının, bölgenin kuruluşuyla yakından bir ilişkisi vardır. Bölge; inşa, bina ve yapı biçiminde bir gelişim göstermiş ve günümüzdeki yapı meydana gelmiştir. Bu makalede bu süreçlerdeki aşamaların birbiriyle ilişkisi olduğu iddiasından hareket edilmiş ve Ortadoğu bölgesi hermenotik bir yaklaşım ile anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Batı ve Doğu ikileminin çarpıştığı bölge olan Ortadoğu'daki durumun ortaya çıkmasında inşa ve bina aşamalarının belirleyici rol oynadığı ve yapı aşamasında bu yapının devam ettiği anlaşılmaktadır. Ortadoğu bu yapısıyla Batı’nın ötekileştirdiği bir bölge olmayı ve Batı algısında kalıcı hale gelen kendine has olan imajını sürdürmektedir.

THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION, BUILDING, STRUCTURE WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE FORMATION OF MIDDLE EAST

Abstract
The Middle East region is at the focus regarding the historical, political and economic developments since it is the transition point of race, religion, and languages. The structure that forms the Middle East has a close relationship with the establishment of the region. This region has developed in the form of construction, building, and structure and took its current formation. In this article with a reference to the claim that the stages in these processes are interrelated, Middle East region is studied with a hermeneutical approach. It has been understood that in the Middle East region, the dilemmas of the West and the East are in conflict. In this regard the stages of construction and building play a determining role in the current situation of the Middle East. In the construction process this formation continues. The Middle East, with this structure, continues to be the marginalized region by the West and this idiosyncratic image of being the other remains.
