Özet

Bilindiği gibi tüm ilgili taraflar Filistin sorununun ve Arap-İsrail çatışmasının ancak adil, kabul edilebilir ve eşit bir çözüm bulunabilirse sona erdirilebileceğini vurgulamaktadırlar. Bu makalenin amacı, böyle bir çözümün ne kadar olanaklı olduğunu tartışmaktır. Öncelikle tarafların temel yaklaşımları ve beklentileri ele alınacak daha sonra ise Oslo Barış Süreci, Camp David ve Yol Haritası irdelenecektir. Bunların karşılaştırılmasıyla bir anlamda sorunların sona erdirilmesi için ne tür bir çözümün ve yaklaşımın izlenmesi gerektiği ortaya konacaktır.

IS SUSTAINABLE PEACE POSSIBLE FOR PALESTINE?

Abstract

As emphasized by all the related parties, Palestine question and Arab-Israel conflict can only be overcamed through just, acceptable, lasting and equal solution. In this article we would like to analyze the possibility of such a solution. First of all, the basic approaches and expectations will be underscored, and then Oslo peace process, Camp David and Road Map will be examined. Comparing these documents and frameworks for negotiations, the kind of solutions and approaches to be followed to give the question an end will be put forward.
